PRODUCTS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Products can be return for refunds or store credits within 30 days of receipt of goods. Customers must contact Company for Return Authorization Number and Return Address. Items can only be returned unused and undamaged, in their original box-set packaging (excluding external wrappings and labels).

If the return is for faulty or incorrect products shipped by Company, then a full refund or replacement will be issued.

Refunds to Customers are expected to be within 30 days of return of goods to Company warehouse. 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. Customers are responsible for the returning freight and insurance costs.
